Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is issued and applied by Halfprice Online Marketplace Corp (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" or "Organization") in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and other applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

2. Categories of Individuals Whose Personal Information is Processed
2.1. Clients who are in contractual relations with the Operator, and their legal representatives.
3. Purposes of Processing Clients' Personal Information
The Operator collects and processes the Personal Information of Clients for the following purposes:
3.1. Providing services in accordance with the contract concluded between the Operator and the Client.
3.2. Establishing communication with the Client, including sending notifications related to the provision of services, and processing inquiries and requests from the Client.
4. Categories of Processed Personal Information
4.1. To achieve the purposes specified in this Policy, the Operator processes the following categories of Clients' Personal Information:
- First, last, and middle name;
- Email address;
- Telegram messenger account;
- Mobile phone number;
- Photos, videos, and data regarding physical activity, weight, height, and age
5. Methods and Conditions for Processing Personal Information
5.1. The Operator carries out automated and non-automated processing of Clients' Personal Information.
5.2. The confidentiality of the Clients' Personal Information is strictly maintained, except in cases where the Client voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
5.3. The Operator discloses Client information to third parties exclusively when there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with applicable legislation, requests from government authorities, legal proceedings, court orders, or legal processes.
5.4. The processing, including the storage, of Clients' Personal Information is carried out until the Client opts out of the Operator's services, or as long as legally or commercially necessary.
5.5. In the event the Client opts out of the Operator's services, the Client's Personal Information is permanently deleted by destroying the user account, after which such a record cannot be restored.
5.6. The Operator provides services to Clients by hosting its website at https://ireverse.life/, which is software designed to create an online school and organize the learning process on the Internet. The website uses the HTTPS extension to the HTTP protocol to enhance security and protect information.
5.7. Hosting and dedicated server services are provided by Digital Ocean.
6. Security of Personal Information
6.1. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Client's Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties. The Operator follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to it at all stages of processing.
6.2. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, the Operator independently determines the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations provided by privacy legislation.
6.3. The protection of Personal Information is achieved by:
6.3.1. Appointing a Privacy Officer responsible for compliance and the protection of Personal Information;
6.3.2. Approving and implementing this Policy;
6.3.3. Restricting access to information containing Clients' Personal Information to the Operator's employees strictly on a "need-to-know" basis in accordance with their job responsibilities.
6.4. The Client may protect their Personal Information by withdrawing their consent to the processing of their Personal Information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, or by other means provided by law.
6.5. The Operator, together with the Client, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or unauthorized disclosure of the Client's Personal Information.
6.6. In the event of a breach of security safeguards resulting in the loss or unauthorized disclosure of Personal Information, the Operator will notify the Client in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. In the event of failure to fulfill its obligations, the Operator shall be liable for damages incurred by the Client in connection with the unlawful use of Personal Information, in accordance with the applicable laws of British Columbia and Canada.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public knowledge prior to its loss or disclosure;
7.2.2. Was disclosed with the explicit consent of the Client.
8. Additional Terms
8.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the explicit consent of the Client, provided such changes comply with applicable privacy laws.
8.2. The new Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
